Inspired by those who navigated the unseen, Sunstone helps leaders find their way.
Vikings are said to have used sunstones to find the sun when the sky gave them nothing to go on.
That principle inspired Sunstone Leadership Group.
Sunstone helps you find clarity when the way forward isn't obvious — sharper decisions, stronger execution, and the ability to lead yourself and others with intention.
I didn't come to this work through theory. I came to it through experience.
Much of my life, I've navigated major events without a map or much support. Some I chose. Most I didn't. I figured it out as I went, made mistakes and kept moving. That's where I learned that clarity isn't something you're handed. You build it, usually in the middle of the hard part.
I watched the same thing happen to leaders. Good people holding the keys with no guidance, expected to figure it out alone. I know that feeling.
That's why I do this work. Nobody should have to lead without a map.
Leadership isn't a title. It's how you make decisions, respond to pressure, and show up for yourself and the people around you, and its effects ripple far past anything that can be seen.
If you're stepping into something new, moving through a transition, or sensing it's time for a change, let's talk.
Tiffany spent twenty years in HR and organizational leadership in essential services, including utilities and the trades, across both the public and private sector. Most of it was in rooms that valued straight talk over polish. She’s led HR operations and workforce strategy, served as the first dedicated HR leader at a fast-growing organization through a major revitalization during COVID, and owned small businesses of her own while helping others build theirs.
Across all of it, she saw the same pattern: people stepping into leadership, some pushed and some by choice, with little development or support. They learned fast that leading is a different skillset, and one that keeps changing the higher or bigger you go. So she left corporate to do something about it.
Today she works with leaders navigating growth, complexity and change, helping them get clear on how they lead and grow into what's next. Her years as an operator keep the work practical, and she can shift between coach and consultant as each client needs.
Tiffany is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. She holds Senior Certified Professional status with the Public Sector HR Association, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from San Diego State University.
